Memorial Hall is a registered charity with Parwich
Parish Council being the Holding Trustees and the
Memorial Hall Management Committee being the Managing
Trustees. All members of the committee must
formally declare that they will act in the best
interests of the Charity, over and above the interests
of any other nominating group.
